Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time, Salary Exempt
Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 Based on Experience

Required experience:

  • High School Diploma/ GED Required.
  • A clean driving record is required.
  • Experienced in the submittal process.
  • Experience in permitting.
  • Experience in blueprint reading.
  • Must be able to receive deliveries and occasionally operate a forklift. Will train.
  • Must be able to Multitask
  • Have Strong Communication skills.
  • Read Blueprints
  • Organized Administrative Tasks
  • Good Time Management Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail is a Must

Electrical Project Manager Assistant Role Expectations:

  • Order Materials, Create Purchase Orders, Track Material Lead Time & Material Delivery Dates.
  • Complete Project specific Utility Locates and Track the progress throughout the project.
  • Think clearly, remain calm and demonstrate problem-solving skills using good judgment.
  • Work Cohesively with co-workers as part of a team or independently as project needs arise.
  • Follow directions thoroughly.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • A clean driving record is required.
  • Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

Preferred experience:

  • Previous Project Management Assistant Role or Electrical Related work history.
  • Experience with I.T.S, Generators, Roadway Signing, Wastewater/ Water Treatment plants & Highway Lighting
  • Experience with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) construction projects.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to perform multiple tasks and can handle the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50lbs.
