General Laborer

Job Description

de Moya Highway Infrastructure is hiring General Laborers to assist with road and bridge construction activities. Laborers will support crews with material handling, site cleanup, traffic control setup, and other assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist crews with material handling and job site preparation.

• Set up traffic control devices when needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow directions from supervisors and foremen.

• Support equipment operators and skilled trades as required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors.

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards.

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Work in varying weather and job site conditions.
