General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking motivated General Laborers to support our construction team. General Laborers play a vital role in keeping projects moving safely and efficiently by performing a variety of tasks across road and bridge construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.

• Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance of work areas.

• Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, concrete finishers, and equipment operators as directed.

• Operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision.

• Follow all company safety protocols and wear required protective gear.

• Support crew members in setting up and breaking down work zones.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor environments.

• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.

• Must be able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
