Ongrade Contracting is a heavy civil contractor that builds roads, runways, and the infrastructure people depend on. We’re looking for a motivated equipment operator to join our crew and be developed — over time and with real mentorship — into a finish motor grader operator.
This isn’t a “show up and figure it out” situation. You’ll work alongside experienced operators, learn GPS and robotic grade control systems, and build the kind of skills that make a long career in this industry.
Job Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Some heavy equipment experience preferred, but we're open to the right person
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and apply it
- Strong work ethic — this trade rewards people who put the time in
- Willingness to work 5–6 days/week and grow into the role
- Must pass drug screening and background check
