de Moya Highway Infrastructure is seeking skilled Foremen to lead and coordinate on-site crews for road and bridge projects. The Foreman will be responsible for assigning tasks, maintaining productivity, and ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field crews on road and bridge construction projects.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor crew productivity.

• Ensure work is performed to project specifications and standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.

• Report progress and potential issues to Project Managers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in road or bridge construction.

• Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proven track record of managing crews effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
