Job Description
We are seeking entry-level and experienced MOT Flaggers to join our team in the West Palm Beach area. This position plays an important role in maintaining safety and traffic flow on roadway projects.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and control traffic around construction sites
- Maintain a safe work environment for workers and the public
- Follow all MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with crew members and drivers
Requirements:
- Must have a clean, valid Florida driver’s license
- Must reside in the West Palm Beach area.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- MOT/Flagger certification is a plus but not required (training may be available)
Pay & Schedule:
- Full-time
- $17–$20/hr based on experience
- Opportunities for overtime depending on project needs
