We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join our team on upcoming road and bridge construction projects.
Foremen, Surveyors, and Heavy Equipment Operators
Foremen Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise construction crews on-site
- Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities
- Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met
- Communicate progress and issues with project managers
- Train and mentor crew members
Surveyors Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and site surveys for project accuracy
- Perform measurements and establish reference points
- Interpret and review construction plans and blueprints
- Operate survey instruments and maintain records
- Collaborate with engineers and foremen for project alignment
Heavy Equipment Operators Responsibilities:
- Safely operate machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders
- Perform excavation, grading, and earthmoving tasks
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Follow project specifications and safety procedures
- Support overall site preparation and construction activities
