The Contracts Process Associate reports directly to the Senior Manager of Business

Compliance in the Legal Business Unit. Primary responsibility focused on the timely

completion of the day-to-day tasks of the Legal Business Unit which include the review,

amendment, and approval of contracts for execution by the company with the input of

all appropriate stakeholders. The Contracts Process Associate must be able to adhere

to established processes and standards of the Business Unit to maintain continuous

operating workflow and compliance of the company.

Job Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

· Demonstrates alignment with the vision, mission, and core values of the

company

· Initiates review process by distributing new contracts including prime contracts,

subcontracts, purchase orders, leases, and other agreements to the

appropriate stakeholders inside and outside the company

· Responsible for correspondence regarding the review, approval, and execution

of contracts both inside and outside the company

· Corresponds with insurance broker regarding insurance requirements and

ordering insurance certificates for projects

· Assists in obtaining renewal insurance certificates as needed

· Follows up on contracts in review to ensure a timely process

· Drafts amendments to modify contract language as directed

· Prepares contracts and amendments for execution

· Works closely with Senior Manager of Business Compliance, General Counsel,

Contracts Counsel, Vice Presidents, project personnel, and others to ensure

the timely review, approval, and execution of contracts

· Provides email and phone support to clients and vendors on a daily basis

· Responsible for scanning and closing out contracts

· Maintains appropriate records of every contract that flows through the business

unit
