FOREMAN: SURVEY
Job Description
The Survey Foreman will be responsible for project management duties, directing/managing Rodmen and Instrument Men, ensuring the accuracy of surveys and calculations, and assisting the performance of the field work on complex projects as needed. A Survey Foreman should have 5+ years of verifiable experience with FDOT roadway projects AND 2+ years of management experience to be hired at this level.
Job Requirements
Valid Driver’s License. Knowledge of survey grade software as well as other survey equipment. Basic CAD skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions. Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
