Chinchor Electric is a Commercial/Industrial Electrical company. We perform heavy Industrial Electrical, Highway Lighting, and Traffic Signalization. We work with both corporate clients and government entities and maintain yearly contracts with Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Volusia counties, as well as the Florida Department of Transportation. We are fully licensed and bonded and offer on-site estimating and competitive bidding.

Job Requirements
Experienced Industrial Electrician responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of all systems.

Physical Demands:
- Safe worker with clean driving record
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Communicate with employees, managers, subordinates and guests through verbal communication, hearing ability and visual acuity.
