Xello is Florida’s official college and career planning tool, available to all school districts for use with K–12 and adult education students. Funded by the Florida Department of Education, Xello helps students explore college and career paths, build essential skills, and access real-world experiences through work-based learning (WBL) such as internships, apprenticeships, and job shadowing. Its statewide network connects transportation and construction contractors with students, schools, and community partners to promote career pathways, develop a skilled workforce, and strengthen partnerships at both the local and state level. Employers can register for free to promote their business, showcase careers, and connect with Florida’s future talent.
