OIC of South Florida is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve self-sufficiency through workforce readiness training, family strengthening, and job placement services.
For years, OIC of South Florida has served as a beacon of hope, offering community-based workforce development and job training programs focused on the unemployed, underemployed, and unskilled populations. We are deeply committed to helping individuals overcome barriers to self-sufficiency through a variety of Adult and Young Adult Workforce Development initiatives.
In addition, OIC of South Florida proactively addresses the cycles of poverty through our Youth and Family Services Division. By partnering with local schools and government agencies, we provide youth career awareness and readiness programs, reaching more than 7,000 middle and high school students annually.
