Job Description
Ongrade Contracting is a heavy civil contractor specializing in roads, runways, and everything below pavement. We’re growing, and we need a finish motor grader operator who knows what FDOT-quality work actually looks like — and won’t settle for less.
What you’ll be doing:
Running finish grades on FDOT projects with GPS and robotic machine control systems. You know the work. You know what it takes to get there.
Job Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years operating a finish motor grader
- GPS & robotic grade control experience (required)
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record
- Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes the craft seriously
- Ability to work 5–6 days/week during active project schedules
- Must pass drug screening and background check
