Construction Manager
Job Description
At least 5 years of experience in construction projects. Ideal candidate should be able to understand construction drawings, prepare take offs and estimates, and manage projects in the field. Supervise construction crews, negotiate with subs and suppliers, and deal with client representatives. Lead projects to be executed safely and with quality. Attention to detail and deadlines. Manage project costs and handle budget. Must be available to travel to different locations in FL and occasionally to projects in other states.
Job Requirements

Read plans and specifications
Prepare take offs and estimates
Purchases materials
Supervise crews, subcontractor, supplier and clients.
Control budgets and project costs
Prepare reports to upper management
Available to do projects in different locations in Florida
Additional Information
-Ideal candidate might have experience with public or federal projects
-OSHA 30 hr certified ideal.
-First Aid/CPR knowledge ideal
Salary will be defined per candidate experience and capabilities
Preferable candidates located in Central Florida area.
