Concrete Finisher

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team. Concrete Finishers are responsible for placing, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces for bridge decks, sidewalks, roadways, and related structures.

Responsibilities:

• Place, spread, and level concrete to meet project specifications.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels, floats, screeds, and other finishing tools.
• Apply curing compounds, sealants, or surface treatments to protect concrete.
• Patch voids and repair defects to ensure a high-quality finished product.
• Coordinate with carpenters and steel installers to ensure accurate placement of forms and reinforcement.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher in heavy civil construction strongly preferred.
• Skilled in using hand tools and power finishing equipment.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical endurance to stand, kneel, and lift for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
