Position Title: Bridge Work – Deck Sealing Laborer
Location: Freeport, FL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Overview:
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Bridge Work – Deck Sealing Laborers for an ongoing infrastructure project in Freeport, Florida. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting in sealing the deck surface of a bridge using specialized sealant materials. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, gain valuable construction experience, and contribute to important roadway infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the application of deck sealant on bridge surfaces to protect against water and weather damage

Follow strict safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times while working on or around the bridge

Set up and break down work areas, including traffic control measures and safety barriers as needed

Support the crew with general labor tasks including cleaning, prepping, and handling materials

Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project
Requirements:

Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Must follow all worksite safety regulations and procedures

Strong sense of reliability and punctuality—this role requires consistent attendance and a dependable work ethic

Ability to lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in general labor or construction a plus

Familiarity with roadway or bridge work environments is beneficial
