Facility Sr. VP & Managing Directory of a premedia prepress company that provided digital packaging production art & prepress files and/or flexographic printing plates to packaging printers. Produced $40 Million in business, 200 employees. My role included P&L responsibility for the Cincinnati location, hiring, terminating employees and the overall performance of the operation. I also had sales and client interaction responsibility and was directly responsible for the Procter & Gamble North America relationship for much of my tenure while in Cincinnati, Ohio.
