Superintendent

de Moya Highway Infrastructure is currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee road and bridge construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring safety and quality standards, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of road and bridge construction projects.

• Manage field crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to project goals.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.

• Provide leadership and direction to field teams.

• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of road or bridge construction management experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety standards, and construction practices.

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and field operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand, and move around active construction sites.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
