Pipelayer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pipelayer to join our construction team. The Pipelayer will be responsible for installing, aligning, and joining pipes for storm drains, sanitary sewers, and water mains on civil and infrastructure projects. The role requires working safely in trenches, interpreting grade stakes and blueprints, and collaborating with equipment operators and laborers to ensure proper pipe placement.

Responsibilities:

• Lay and align pipe to grade specifications
• Cut and connect pipes using hand and power tools
• Check slopes and levels to ensure proper drainage and flow
• Assist with trench preparation and backfilling
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a pipelayer or similar role preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and grade stakes
• Physical ability to work outdoors and in trench environments
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
